Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee workplace health and safety on our construction projects in Springfield, OH. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and client safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture across all job sites.

Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety programs.

Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.

Provide safety training, toolbox talks, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure adherence to safety regulations and EM 385-1-1 requirements.

Qualifications :

OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.

EM 385-1-1 or CQM for Contractors certification preferred.

Minimum 5 years of construction safety management experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
