Position : Scheduling Representative

Pay : $20$22 / hour

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM CST

Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Scheduling Representative to support patient scheduling for appointments, outpatient testing, procedures, and exams. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth patient experience by coordinating with insurance verifiers, maintaining accurate records, and communicating financial responsibilities with empathy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and outpatient services efficiently and accurately.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records with correct insurance information.
• Assess medical necessity for procedures, particularly for Medicare patients.
• Collaborate with insurance verification teams to obtain authorizations for scheduled services.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient accounts and insurance eligibility.
• Communicate with patients regarding copayments, prepayments, and outstanding balances in a compassionate and professional manner.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
