Job description
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the remote Sales Engineering team to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Drive transformational change by aligning team capabilities with industry trends and emerging technologies
Oversee account planning, pipeline creation, and opportunity management while collaborating with sales engineering leaders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in the software or storage industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience collaborating with channel and partner communities
Experience architecting and selling Enterprise, Infrastructure, SaaS, or Data Management solutions
Proficiency with major cloud providers and operating systems
