Systems Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Systems Software Engineering - Agentic Applications.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, develop, and implement agentic AI blueprints for enterprises

Lead an applied research and development team focused on agentic AI applications

Collaborate with product teams and external partners to ensure application relevance and quality

Required Qualifications

BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)

8+ years of experience in software engineering or system architecture with a focus on Python, C++, or Go

3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multi-functional teams

Experience in developing data pipelines, generative AI applications, and machine learning applications

Self-starter with a history of collaboration in cross-disciplinary teams
