The Opportunity with Edo We are adding a Utilities Solutions Account Executive to our growing Edo team in Seattle, WA. As an experienced sales and business development professional, you will bring your intuitive skills and business expansion experience to Edo. In this role, you will drive the full lifecycle of utility sales activities to build, qualify, and manage a pipeline, as well as shape and win large opportunities. The Utility Solutions Account Executive role supports relationship-building with electric utilities in North America to help grow Edo's utility program business. This role is ideal for someone with early to mid-career experience in sales, technical sales, business development, or program support in the energy or utility sector, with interest in energy efficiency, demand response / flexibility, and clean energy programs. Beyond supporting business development activities, this role calls for basic knowledge of grid-interactive buildings, demand response, DERs, and energy efficiency programs, and a willingness to grow into a trusted contributor on DSM, customer engagement, and energy technology tools.

What You Need to Succeed at Edo Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or utility / energy-related program support. Familiarity with the utilities market, energy efficiency, or demand response programs strongly preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to prepare presentations, proposals, and reports. Comfortable working in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Standard office working conditions. Ability to sit / stand at a desk for long periods. Up to 40% - 50% seasonal travel for client meetings and industry events.
