Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital content management, social media strategy, and campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of digital tools, social media, CRM, marketing automation, SEO, paid media, and analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS), DAM platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to use insights and analytics to guide decision-making and improve content effectiveness.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across teams and functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC : $75,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and / or experience.
