About the Role
A well-established general contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking two Assistant Project Managers (APMs) to support ongoing multifamily construction projects . These roles offer the opportunity to work alongside a seasoned project management team in a company known for its collaborative culture, strong leadership, and commitment to developing its people.
As an APM, you’ll play a vital role in supporting project execution from start to finish — coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors, handling RFIs and submittals, and ensuring quality, budget, and timeline alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects .Manage project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and documentation within Procore .Interface directly with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.Attend project meetings and maintain accurate notes, logs, and reports.Contribute to risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.Monitor field activities to ensure alignment with project plans, safety standards, and deadlines.Uphold company processes and systems with precision and accountability.Qualifications
2–5 years of construction project management experience (multifamily experience required).Hands-on experience with Procore and Bluebeam (required); CMiC preferred.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite (testing required prior to hire).Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working within an established system.Demonstrated stability in work history and commitment to long-term growth.Soft Skills & Culture Fit
