As an Assistant Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with overall planning, scheduling, and administration of assigned projects. You may also be assigned responsibility for specific aspects of a project. This role requires alignment with company values, ensuring that the construction process and final product meet client expectations for safety, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review contracts to ensure compliance.
• Assist in developing project schedules and quality control programs.
• Participate in contract buyout according to company policy within 90 days.
• Contribute to site-specific safety and quality programs.
• Help develop site logistics plans.
• Participate in and document the punch list process.
• Coordinate and document owner training.
• Prepare O&M manuals and warranties.
• Monitor project costs relative to budget.
• Manage schedule updates and assist with project planning meetings.
• Identify potential risks affecting cost, schedule, or owner satisfaction.
• Assist with preparing monthly project status reports and executive summaries.
