Dual Director of Sales

A well-established hospitality management company is seeking a Dual Director of Sales for two high-performing, Hilton-branded properties in the Cincinatti market. This role offers the opportunity to lead the sales strategy for a combined full-service and select-service hotel portfolio of over 220 rooms, with a strong focus on group and corporate business mix.

Director of Sales Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive group and corporate business.
• Actively pursue and hunt new business through networking, cold calling, and sales blitzes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve combined revenue goals (totaling over $6.5M).
• Lead and mentor the sales support team, including one Sales Coordinator.
• Work an on-site (100%) schedule across both properties, ensuring engagement at both locations.
• Utilize and maintain proficiency in sales software and reporting systems

Director of Sales Qualifications :

Compensation : $80,000 - $85,000
