Job descriptionPatient Demographics : Adults only Outpatient Volume : 12–16 per day (36 patient-facing hours / week) Hospital Consults : 0–5 per month (phone consults during office hours) Case Mix : Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis Lupus, Scleroderma, Sjogren’s Syndrome Gout, Osteoporosis, Vasculitis, Myopathies GCA, Temporal Arteritis, PMR, Sarcoidosis Reactive Arthritis, Raynaud’s Phenomenon, Wegener’s Granulomatosis, Polyarteritis Nodosa Positive ANA with systemic features (rash, joint swelling, pain, pleural effusion, pericarditis) Procedures : Joint injections Hospital Privileges Required : Yes. Credentialing Timeline : ~90 days. Licensure : Active Pennsylvania medical license (IMLC accepted). DEA : Required. Certifications : BLS. Board Status : BC / BE in Rheumatology. Experience : Minimum 1 year. Travel : Mileage, airfare, lodging, rental car.
