Product Manager for Matcha Web

A company is looking for a Product Manager for Matcha Web (Growth).

Key Responsibilities

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Matcha Web growth

Design and run experiments to improve acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention

Track and report progress on volume share and north-star users, along with supporting metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience in crypto / fintech or high-growth web products

Proven track record of shipping and scaling web products using experimentation and UX optimization

Strong understanding of funnel analysis, cohorting, and metrics

Familiarity with DEXs, wallets, and core DeFi / trading mechanics

Ability to travel for in-person team meet-ups globally
