Paid Media Lead
Our client, a fast-growing beauty and personal care eCommerce brand, is looking for a Paid Media Lead to own 100% of their paid media strategy, execution and performance across Meta and Google Ads. In this high-impact role, you'll lead full-funnel campaign efforts that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities :
- Own and execute full-funnel paid media strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention) across Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads
- Launch, manage, and scale campaignstesting creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies daily
- Analyze performance using platform data and GA4; translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Collaborate with designers to brief and iterate on high-performing creatives
- Partner with product and web teams to improve landing pages and increase AOV through CRO tactics
- Manage and forecast monthly ad budgets; reallocate spend dynamically to maximize ROI
