This position will support the Intermountain Community Care Foundation. The Community Health Program Manager works under the direction of a Community Health Director, system operational leader or Community Health AVP to :

• Organize and coordinate community health programs with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and implement programs to support the needs of the community and the strategic direction of the organization
• Oversee performance and execution of the program / initiative and communicates status updates
• Support community-based collaborations
• Organize and implement the community Health implementation strategy

This role will work normal business hours (M-F, 9-5) and can work remotely but must live in Utah, Colorado, Montana, or Nevada (Clark County).

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$38.55 - $59.49
