We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and help us expand our reach. If you're passionate about building meaningful connections and have a knack for sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Experienced in sales, with a proven track record of setting meetings with cold outreach
  • A risk-taker who thrives in uncertainty and is always ready to step out of your comfort zone.
  • A lifelong learner, constantly seeking to improve your skills, strategies, and sales techniques.

Additional Skills

  • Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn for sales, including prospecting and booking meetings
  • Experience leading discovery calls

Benefits

Base salary range : $45k-$55k, based on experience.

Uncapped commission : Earn 100% commission on each customer's first month of subscription, with an average monthly deal size of $4,500.

Average 2-3 closes a month.
