Prep Cook - Alma San Diego, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

We are hiring a Prep Cook!

Responsibilities :

• Prepare food following Recipes.
• Help to put away all order rotating using FIFO. Keeping the walk in clean and organized
• Prepare Employee cafeteria meal for our employees.
• Proper Documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
• Practice safety standards at all times
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
