Position Overview & Responsibilities
- As a Private Dinning / Restaurant Manager, you will not only be ensuring a top-notch experience for dining room guests but also working closely with our Director of Private Events and Chef team to execute events ranging from business dinners to social / family celebrations.
- We need someone who is detail oriented
- Has the ability to hire, train and develop new hourly team members

Position Requirements
- Optimizes profits by building sales and assisting with the control of food, labor and beverage costs
- Provides leadership and direction to all team members - coaches in real time
- Craft cocktail, wine and beer knowledge a plus
- Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager or General Manager of a full-service restaurant
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
