Operations Manager

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for optimizing logistics, warehouse operations, and team performance? We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and elevate our warehousing and distribution operations.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our leadership team, you'll :

• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve efficiency and profitability
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts
• Oversee facility maintenance, inventory management, and vendor relations
• Lead and mentor warehouse teams across all shifts
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Drive process improvements and technology integration
• Monitor KPIs and manage budgets with a continuous improvement mindset

What We’re Looking For

Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
