Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to drive strategy and execution in lab operations for scaling production. Key Responsibilities Design and execute capacity planning for 10x volume growth across third-party labs Own operational performance metrics and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into lab performance Lead cross-functional issue resolution and implement process improvements for lab operations Qualifications 4-7 years in operations, strategy, or program management; experience in custom manufacturing or healthcare preferred Strong analytical skills with experience in operational reporting tools (SQL, Looker, Excel) Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities Mandarin reading and speaking proficiency is a strong plus
