Your Role : This is a rare chance to join as a founding member of our Digital Product Design team. We are in the middle of transforming into an AI-first product organization, and your work will directly shape how people experience our FX and FF vehicle lines. You will take on a vast greenfield, turning bold ideas into intuitive, human-centered solutions that reach real drivers and passengers. You will partner with a high-caliber team of Product Managers, Engineers, and executives in a flat, fast-moving organization. Responsibilities

• Design in-car digital experiences that are thoughtful, beautiful, and usable.
• Transform rough ideas into polished, pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Apply mastery of layout, typography, color, and iconography to create high-impact designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering from concept to launch.
• Leverage first-hand AI expertise to drive faster, smarter design and product decisions.
• Advocate for users by shaping not only how things look but how they work.

Salary

Annual Salary Range : $114,000 - $200,000 DOE, plus benefits and incentive plans
