Associate Director of Legal Operations

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Legal Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of legal operations and e-billing professionals

Design and implement a multi-year legal technology and operations roadmap

Drive operational excellence across the Chief Legal Officer organization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; J.D. preferred but not required

7+ years of experience in legal operations, legal consulting, or legal technology

At least 3 years of people management experience

Experience with legal tech platforms such as e-billing and matter management systems

Pharmaceutical / biotech / healthcare experience preferred
