Ezio’s is a boutique Italian steakhouse specializing in dry-aged meats, handmade pastas, and a curated natural wine and spirits program. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional dining experience rooted in craft, integrity, and hospitality to bring a Michelin caliber dining experience that feels both elevated and personal.
We are seeking hardworking, detail-oriented Porters to join our opening team. As a porter at Ezio’s, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our kitchen and facilities. This position is an essential part of the restaurant’s success and offers opportunities for growth within a respected hospitality group.

Requirements and Responsibilities :
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dish area, and storage spacesSweep, mop, squeegee, and manage trash and recycling areas efficiently throughout serviceSupport with deliveries including receiving, organizing, and storing products safely and neatlyAssist with deep cleaning projects and equipment maintenance as directed by the chef or managementCommunicate regularly with the BOH leadership team regarding supplies, chemicals, and maintenance needsEnsure all cleaning and sanitation standards meet Department of Health and restaurant guidelinesWork collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environmentAbility to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbsAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededMust be able to communicate clearly with managers and team membersPrevious porter, stewarding, or kitchen experience preferred but not required
