Job Title : Investment Banking Analyst 1 or 2
Location : San Francisco
We are collaborating with a dynamic local boutique firm actively seeking to expand its tech team in San Francisco by adding an Investment Banking Analyst 1 or Analyst 2 (2023 Grads).
Specializing in the Software & Internet sector, they boast an impressive track record with over 100 successfully completed transactions since their inception in 2011.

To be considered for this role, you need the following :
Qualifications :
- 1 year of Investment Banking experience
- Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.
- Strong accounting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Having your Series licenses preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
