Job descriptionLicensed Virginia Pharmacy Technician required. Previous experience in pharmacy desire. Knowledge of brand name and generic medications. Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently. Must be multi-tasking and reliable. Knowledge of SIG-Codes. Quick typing skills. Responsibilities :
- Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information.
- Generate labels for dispensing.
- Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
- Clarify orders as needed.
- Triage incoming faxes.
