Paradyme Management is an IT consulting firm with a current need for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team supporting one of our government contracts with the US Census Bureau. This role is part of our Tech Refresh Development team responsible for re-engineering applications supporting the Census Financial System.

Responsibilities :

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies
• Documents business requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates business specifications
• Functions as a liaison between IT and users and have both business and technical expertise
• Assists in providing meeting coordination and support, developing meeting minutes, and assisting with project documentation
• Support implementations, upgrades, migrations, and change requests
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
