Job Summary

As an MA, you will provide clinical and administrative support to the patient care team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

You will be responsible for managing patient flow, collecting vital signs, updating medical records, and completing accurate and thorough documentation in the EMR System.

You will also be expected to perform some administrative work, such as greeting patients at check-in, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining medical supplies.

We are looking for a versatile MA who is willing to collaborate with a diverse team of doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.

Our ideal applicant is an excellent communicator, compassionate, steady under pressure, and capable of prioritizing when faced with the demands of patient care.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • A minimum of one year of MA experience preferred
  • High school diploma or its equivalent

Licensure and Certifications

  • Active BLS certification
  • Medical Assistant certification / registration or meet state requirements
