About the Role :
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising field staff and administering care plans. The Clinical Supervisor is either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Providing supervision for Behavioral Health professionals across programs for children and adults. This role provides oversight of programs but is not responsible for providing care directly at home.
Objective : The clinician supervisor provides clinical oversight, supervision and support to staff delivering services to our clients. This position ensures high-quality, person-centered that promotes client independence, community integration, and overall well-being, by providing required supervision for MAS Community Health programs. Clinical Supervisors serve as an advocate for both clients and staff, connecting them with appropriate community resources and ensuring compliance with MaineCare regulations and agency standards.
As the Clinical Supervisor, you will :
- Must hold an active LCSW or LCPC licensure and a valid NPI in the state of Maine.
- Provides clinical supervision and guidance to Daily Living Support staff to ensure effective, ethical and evidence-based service delivery.
- Overseeing and Review to approve individualized treatment plants, progress notes, and other clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
- Conduct regular supervision meetings and clinical group supervision to support staff development and address case challenges.
- Serve as the rendering provider of care.
- Manage client files with attention to detail.
- Reviews clinical record documentation of staff to ensure compliance with clinical record policies and procedures.
- Reviews patient care problems with staff and promotes constructive problem-solving.
- Act as a clinical consultant to staff as necessary to maintain and improve staff's professional skills.
- Ensures staff compliance with state, federal, and OSHA regulations, agency program policies and procedures.
- Assists staff in setting priorities of care.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

The Clinical Supervisor is a hybrid role with the expectation to work in the closest physical office much of the time. With a day or two working remotely.
