Lead RN Reviewer

A company is looking for a Lead RN, Concurrent Review.

Key Responsibilities

Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to the nursing staff

Coordinate day-to-day oversight and direction to clinicians

Assist in addressing case escalations and provider issues

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Managed Care, Healthcare, or Health Insurance

1-2 years of previous supervisory or lead experience

Current RN Licensure required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Able to develop and train large groups or one-on-one

Skilled in interpreting operational reports and driving process improvements
