Position Summary

Provide engineering and technical decisions for Boeing commercial aircraft (737, 747, 767, 777 and 787) and early-development airplanes. Interpret and develop design requirements based on technical data to ensure compliance with Boeing and FAA requirements. Opportunity to learn mechanical systems across platforms.

Location

Everett, Washington or Renton, Washington. 100% onsite.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineering product definition.
• Prepare design layouts and modify existing designs.
• Develop statements of work, including design requirements, cost and schedule estimates; coordinate and develop work transfer packages.
• Contribute to integration of product definition across internal and external business partners to provide a functional end-product.
• Investigate and resolve moderately complex manufacturing process or engineering related issues.
• Verify accuracy of engineering data produced by others.
