Brown Foundation Repair is seeking a Commercial Outside Sales Representative to assist and develop the commercial side of our business. You will inspect businesses that need foundation repair or related work and create a solution to help businesses work better. Join for great benefits, on-the-job training, and competitive wages.

We are looking for highly motivated, friendly and outgoing professionals to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative ! Do you want to earn $100,000+ a year? Brown Foundation Repair wrote the book on foundation repair. We specialize in quality installation and affordable services that include commercial and residential foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, drainage, and more home services to help families live better.

What kind of training do we provide?

  • Four weeks of paid training plus certification – We will teach you how to evaluate a property and develop a repair plan for foundation repair. All you need is a valid driver's license, the desire to make money, and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives

    • What does a typical day look like for an Outside Sales Representative?

  • We will schedule pre-set, pre-qualified appointments for you. No cold calling; our customers call us!
  • After completing the paid training, you will inspect businesses that need foundation repair or related work.
  • You will be paid bi-weekly with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year with uncapped commission!

    • The compensation is uncapped commission-based ; expected earnings are around $100,000+ per year!

    Requirements :

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • One call close experience
  • Excellent verbal, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Must pass a pre-employment Drug test, have a favorable driving record and background
