A company is looking for a Call Center Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation planning and operational readiness oversight
Coordinate and complete projects across various functional areas while ensuring timely delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage risks and issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of project or program management experience in customer service or operations
Proven ability to collaborate and lead stakeholders across multiple departments
Experience in preparing teams for go-live, including training and process design
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
Availability to work shifts M-F from 7 am to 11 pm EST, with occasional after-hours coverage
