Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is currently accepting applications for an experienced Maintenance Technician for The Signature at Schilling Farms apartment community in Collierville, TN. This position's regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, but may include overtime as needed. The candidate should display strong organizational and customer service skills. The candidate must be able to manage time well and work unsupervised.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Appliance repairs
- Plumbing repairs
- Electrical repairs
- Install, repair, and rekey locks
- Move and install appliances
- Routine preventive maintenance
- Preparing apartments for move-ins
- Assist other company technicians as needed in troubleshooting and repairs
- Adhere to company safety policies, including applicable OSHA safety standards
- Daily documentation of work performed
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
