Title : Therapist

Reports to : Executive Director

Department / Location : 100% Onsite at the Federal Way clinic

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt (.6 FTE)

Position is Part Time (24 hrs. per week), Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays (8 : 30am-5 : 00pm). Position is primarily working with the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP / IOP) population , though will require some flexibility to cover for Adolescents depending on coverage needs and census.

• Seeking independently licensed therapists in the state of Washington (LMCH, LICSW, LMFT)

Role Summary :

Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1 : 1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.
