Review and validate live or staging builds to ensure the final product meets high standards for usability, accessibility, and the intended user experience. Developing clean and easy-to-use code that can be used in scale across the website. Support UX / UI Designers with day-to-day questions, troubleshooting design challenges, and providing constructive feedback. Assigning UX / UI Tasks to team members, managing workflow, and ensuring timely project delivery. Approving UX / UI Designs to ensure high quality, brand consistency, and adherence to user-centered design principles. Assist the Digital Design Manager with researching, creating, and maintaining templates and components. Coordinating assets and projects needed with the appropriate teams to facilitate a smooth handoff and implementation process. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent working experience. Proven knowledge and experience in applying UX research and UI design best practices across web and mobile platforms. Exceptional organizational, communication, planning, and time management skills. Experience with workflow management and task assignment in a team environment. Exceptional attention to detail and a clean, user-centric design sense. Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and take initiative. Natural visual thinker ready to grow and take direction from creative leadership. 3-5 years of experience in UX / UI design, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Outstanding creative portfolio demonstrating conceptual, design, and coordination skills. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Familiarity with front-end technologies such as responsive design, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. Previous experience designing and coordinating for an e-commerce website.
Job Title : UX / UI Designer I
We’re looking for a skilled and collaborative UX / UI professional to design and develop high-quality web pages, components, and prototypes. This role involves validating builds, writing scalable code, supporting the design team, and ensuring consistent, user-centered experiences. You’ll manage design tasks, provide feedback, approve final designs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
