As Banquet Event Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of banquet service operations—from staff supervision to vendor coordination to day-of execution. You'll work closely with the Director of Banquet Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure every event—whether social or corporate—is executed with professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional service.

As Banquet Event Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of banquet service operations—from staff supervision to vendor coordination to day-of execution. You'll work closely with the Director of Banquet Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure every event—whether social or corporate—is executed with professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional service.

Banquet Event Manager - What You'll Do

• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate banquet team members
• Oversee event timelines, staffing, set-up, and guest experience
• Coordinate directly with vendors and social clients to plan layouts, menus, and flow
• Draft detailed BEOs and floorplans and present to department heads
• Lead pre-event briefings and manage on-site execution
• Conduct server training (new hires, retraining, TIPS certification)
• Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, team files, and staff scheduling
• Participate in meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
