Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support the Customer Service Supervisor and department by performing daily activities such as creating and issuing invoices, initiating billing cycles, and verifying appropriate charges. You will generate quotes for freight using established company policies and procedures, while providing excellent customer service support by telephone and email.

Work Environment
The work environment is an office-type setting with a team of around 14 individuals in the Customer Service department. The dress code is professional, and workout wear is not permitted. Shifts can vary between the operating hours of 7am-6pm and will be discussed during the interview process. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
