What you will do :
The Regional Director is responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as-well-as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices and laws. The Regional Director is responsible for the overall management of the region, district and / or assigned programs including business development, budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions and marketing, and staff development and training. This position provides administrative oversight for all regional, district and / or assigned program operations, serves as a Senior Manager to the Rite of Passage Executive Cabinet, is the leader of the district management. This position requires a minumum of 50% travel.
To be considered you should :
MA / MS in related field and 7 years’ experience in residential treatment which three years or more must be in a senior
leadership position. 10 years of experience which at least 4 years in a senior leadership position may be considered upon
approval of the President / CEO.
Willing and able to travel at a minimum of 50% of the year.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects and work at least 40 hours a week
Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures
Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
Ability to perform work with little or no supervision
