Kyo is seeking an experienced and innovative HR Systems & Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology. This role blends strategic HR operations with technical innovation, focusing on system optimization, automation, and continuous improvement across the HR function. The ideal candidate is a tech-forward HR professional who's as comfortable troubleshooting HR processes as they are handling complex employee relations issues. You'll lead efforts to streamline HR workflows, leverage automation tools (including AI-driven solutions such as custom GPTs), and ensure compliance with employment laws—especially in California, where most of our clinical operations are based.

Salary Range : $85,000 – $95,000 DOE and Location

While this is a remote role, you must reside in the metro areas of California or Texas

RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to) :

Serve as the primary administrator for Paylocity , managing workflows, permissions, reporting, and integrations.

HR Operations & Employee Relations (60%)
