The day to day

Your typical day begins at 7 : 30 am. You typically work 8 hours per day, sometimes a bit more, and you work Monday-Friday.
Some days you might be asked to come in at a slightly different time to cover for a coworker’s vacation.
Numbers are your thing. You cycle count at least 150 items per day.
If there are discrepancies, back orders, no-sale, or pending items, you investigate and report so we can fix them as quickly as possible.
You are the administrative expert. You check the warehouse team’s paperwork for accuracy, you maintain data systems, and you look for ways to improve administrative processes.
As part of the distribution team, you sure things get to where they are going with UPS, customer pick-up processing, red bags, team member pick-ups, and customer issues.
You take care of your teammates by providing back-up freight claim administration, assisting with inventory questions, and handing off activities between first and second shift.
Special projects and tasks will be something that breaks up your day to day. Your supervisor will request your help with these.
What you have
Communication and interpersonal skills are important to you, and you demonstrate both effectively.
You have excellent data entry and organizational skills
You are confident in your knowledge and use of Excel and P21.
You are physically able to walk, stoop, squat, reach, lift and carry 40 lbs, stretch, push, pull, use hand dexterity to perform cycle counts and type, move products, sit, and stand.
