Entry Level Operations Specialist

Our Operations Team is looking for an energetic and competitive Operations Specialist who is willing to go the extra mile with our customer service for carriers & sales team.

Operations Specialists will collaborate with Carrier Sales and Customer Sales reps to bring cost-effective strategies and elevated service to our customers' shipping / receiving departments.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Obtaining shipment updates from contractors
• High-volume phone and email outreach
• Negotiating rates with contractors (carrier sales)
• Providing updates and solutions to team members
• General Data Entry
• Development into Carrier Sales, Regional Dispatch Manager, or Customer Sales

COMPENSATION :

All Entry Level Operations Specialists will earn a base salary + uncapped commissions.

First-year income guarantee : $40,000

QUALIFICATIONS :

A successful candidate must possess the following traits / skills :

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
