Job Description :
As a Nurse Advocate / Brand Ambassador for NurseReport, you will play a crucial role in gathering nurse employer reviews to enrich our platform and provide valuable information to fellow nurses.
You will be responsible for engaging with nurses locally to encourage them to share their experiences and insights about their employers.
This role offers flexible hours and compensation per review completed.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with nurses through various channels, including social media, online forums, and professional networks, to encourage them to share their employer reviews on NurseReport.
- Educate nurses about the benefits of contributing to NurseReport and the importance of sharing their experiences to empower their peers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with nurses to encourage ongoing participation and feedback.
- Provide prompt and friendly support to nurses who have questions or need assistance with submitting reviews.
- Collaborate with the NurseReport team to develop strategies for increasing review submissions and improving user engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of NurseReport to nurses.
Requirements :
- Active nursing license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for supporting and empowering fellow nurses.
- Ability to work independently and proactively engage with nurses across various platforms.
- Comfortable with technology and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach is a plus but not required.
