As we grow our Centralized Sales BDC team to support three locations, we're seeking a motivated, hands-on BDC Manager to lead and develop our Business Development Center representatives. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDC Representatives to meet and exceed goals.
• Oversee daily operations of the Sales BDC for all store locations.
• Monitor call, lead, and appointment performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement process improvements to increase appointment show rates and conversion.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing departments to maximize lead generation and management.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and timely follow-up on all customer leads.
• Promote and uphold our culture of positivity, professionalism, and exceptional service.
