Job descriptionGreets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit. Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message. Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Handle all customer payment and credit transactions. Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account(s). Assists service customers during the morning and evening when needed. Assists with administrative duties as requested. Previous experience is a huge plus Excellent communication skills Outgoing and positive demeanor Professional presentation Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility A clean driving record & valid driver’s license A professional appearance
