We are searching for a Sr. Designer to focus on and elevate Apparel for UA Womens Sportswear & Collabs. The Sr. Designer will obsess the UA Womens consumer, and bringing design, function, and styleto life. This is an opportunity to be part of a great focus for the brand.

Your Impact

• Design and manage multiple product platforms that connect to the UA Brand DNA, sasonalconcept, category direction, as well as integration of product & global merchandising input.
• Work within an integrated team of design, development, and product line management; act askey point of contact for Sr. Design Director and ensure key tactical deliverables are on task.
• Make key decisions related to product and procedure
• Own creation and presentation of category content via direction from Sr. Design Director(merch pages, decks, mood boards, trim and fabric boards)
• Develop and execute clear and detailed sketches, technical packages and BOMs
• Lead creation and milestone deliverables
• Partner directly with product and merch leads to deliver appropriate assortment.
• Present as design lead at milestone meetings; design check points, style design review, colorreview

$112,417.53 - $154,574.10USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
