Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Cooker to join our team. The Sr. Cooker will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the cooking operations in our kitchen. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and providing guidance and training to the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the preparation of all food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Coordinate the work of the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff to improve skills and efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies and ingredients
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and recipes
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or preparation
