JOB SUMMARY
The NCH Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) ensures alignment and coordination of all NCH enterprise level activities to achieve NCH’s mission of helping everyone live a longer, happier, and healthier life.
The Project Coordinator, EPMO, is responsible for supporting all operations and project activities within the EPMO including meeting scheduling, data management, meeting preparation, and meeting follow up.
The Project Coordinator will be the foundation of the EPMO team, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the health system to ensure project teams are organized, coordinated, and effectively advance projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Schedule all assigned project meetings, including meeting set up, room reservation, and ensure technology and / or catering are scheduled, as applicable.
- Support the collection of data for project teams; ensure data is available to appropriate team members.
- Establish and maintain project shared sites (i.e., SharePoint) ensuring that documentation is maintained at all times.
- Organize reports, contracts, project documents, and financial data for easy access to appropriate team members.
- Support EPMO project managers, directors, and VP in the development of meeting agendas, charters, workplans, and other deliverables, as requested.
- Support the preparation of status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Collect team deliverables and status reports for weekly team meetings and work sessions.
- Attending project meetings and document meeting minutes and follow up action items, as assigned.
- Follow EPMO best practice guidelines, workflows, policies, and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, director, VP, administrative staff, and other colleagues.
- Monitor the EPMO email and calendar.
- Order supplies for the EPMO team, as requested.
- Support the planning and coordination for large events, workshops, and retreats, as requested.
- Support efforts to submit EPMO performance reports and other ad hoc reports as requested.
- Assist VP EPMO with additional ad hoc projects as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field and a minimum with 3 years of experience OR Master’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field and with 1 year of experience required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within 1 year of hire required; adjustable pending PMP certification hours requirement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize based on deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Intermediate computer knowledge : Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.
