What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Greet members and guests professionally, responding to their inquiries efficientlyAnswer phone calls within three rings, providing clear information about facilities and programsHandle negative feedback courteously and forward suggestions to supervisorsProcess membership registrations and charge appropriate fees for servicesAssist with outbound calls and maintain communication with members and staffWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
High School Diploma; Associate Degree in Business or related area preferredMinimum of one year experience in customer service and / or sales preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComputer literacy in Microsoft Office; prior knowledge of Active-net and Camp Brain Software is a plusValid Driver's License and reliable transportationHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
