Our client is seeking a Payroll specialist to support HR and Payroll teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator. If this sounds like the right fit for you, please apply!

Job Title : Payroll

Location : York, PA (Hybrid)

Pay Range : $27

Shift : 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Assist the payroll team with processing and validating employee changes accurately and efficiently.

Experience with Ceridian (a payroll software) or general payroll tax processes is preferred.

Work closely with the Payroll and HR teams to address employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.

Auditing Experience : Reviewing payroll records, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with internal and external standards.

Understanding of GL (General Ledger) and Mapping : Points to a need for accounting knowledge, especially how payroll data integrates with financial systems

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience with data exchange systems.

2+ years of HR and / or payroll experience.

Proficient computer skills in MS Office.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
