ThispositionreportstotheProjectManagerandisresponsibleforprovidingtechnicalengineeringandcostinformationtoensureconstructionworkcomplieswithallprojectplans,specifications,andengineeringstandardsofPublicWorksConstructionProjects.
PositionResponsibilitiesandDuties :
- AssistProjectManagerwithjobcontrolstoensurecompliancewithcontract,budget,schedule,forecastingandjobcosting.
- Interpretdesign / drawingsforcraftworkersinstallingmaterialtoensurespecificationsarefollowed.
- Researchandrecommendresolutionstodrawinginterpretationproblems,conflicts,interference,anderrors,toverifythatallcompletedworkcomplieswithapplicablecodes,drawingandspecifications.
- Prepareanddistributeallrequireddocumentationrecordssuchasstatusreports,punchlistsdescribingworkitemstobedone,sketchesofworkalreadycompleted,materialrequirementcalculationstosupervisortoprovideaccuracy.
- Providetechnicalsupportanddirectionregardingprojectmaterialcontrolsincludingdeliverydates,constructionschedulesanddesignrequirementstoensureadditionalcostsareminimized.
- Preparedrawingsandsketchestosupportconstructionwork,changeorders,andestimatestomeetchangingjobrequirements.
- Developjobessentialdataincludingquantitytake-offs,materialpricelists,laborcostspermanhour,andequipmenttoensureaccurateestimatesandbids.
- Comply,understand,andsupportcorporatesafetyinitiativestoensureasafeworkenvironment.

CompensationandBenefitsSnapshot :
AnnualSalaryRange : $110,000-$134,000
AndersonPacificoffersacompetitivecompensationpackageandbenefitsforfulltimeemployeesincluding100%employerpaidhealthanddentalinsurancefortheemployeeanddependents,moneypurchasepensionplan(10%employercontribution,100%vestedfromday1),paidtimeoff,sicktime,andvehicleallowance.
