Responsibilities
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Residential Sales Representative to support our teams in the field. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Sell general pest control services to residential customer within an assigned territorial area which may span across multiple branch service areas
- Must be able to physically inspect a variety of residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers
- Arrives at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner
- Explains pest control services and selling repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled
- Works with branch management team to establish sale growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved
- Travels from one area to another or is assigned to a specified territory. Works with branch management team to isolate target areas
- Must be able to occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary
- Receives and properly accounts for company funds collected during the course of business activities
- Submits all paperwork and collections on a daily basis
- Maintains company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times

- First-year earning range $85,000 - $95,000, based on performance.
Our sales compensation plans are designed to reward strong results. While earnings beyond the stated range are not guaranteed, top‑performing Sales Representatives in the area frequently earn $125,000 or more annually through commissions and incentives.
