We’re hiring a Project Manager / Scheduler to help lead a major, multi-year Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program focused on modernizing Air Operations Centers. This high-impact role supports critical upgrades to Command and Control (C2) systems, radar platforms, and IT infrastructure—strengthening defense capabilities around the globe.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) per contract and internal standards.
- Track key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines—ensuring projects stay on course.
- Manage a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to align tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
- Oversee all contract deliverables, including the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Data Accession List (DAL).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, logistics, technical writing, and operations—to ensure alignment across the project lifecycle.
- Support workflow development and uphold quality, risk, and compliance standards.
- Take on additional program management responsibilities as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.Experience supporting U.S. Air Force programs in a defense contracting or systems integrator role.5–10+ years of project management experience on large, multi-vendor programs—preferably in defense, aerospace, or federal environments.At least 2 years of experience as a Project Scheduler or Configuration Manager on federal contracts.Proficiency in Microsoft Project, including :Managing schedules with 1,000+ tasksTracking critical pathsPerforming resource loadingDeep familiarity with :Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)CDRL and DAL oversightSolid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Comfortable working in SharePoint for document control and configuration tracking.Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail.Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.Bonus If You Have
